LaShawnna worked as an educator for almost twenty years, and in that time she learned that when problems arise, leaders often do not have access to the necessary resources or support needed for their improvement efforts. In response, she has created a platform that connects education-focused organizations with expert freelancers across multiple industries, in an affordable and timely manner. LaShawnna hopes to empower communities to be hands-on with their problem solving, and in turn accelerate education transformation.
