Averjill supports family-forming via fertility, birth and postpartum doula services as well as offering employer family benefits consultations. She has always been heavily interested and involved in women's health, and after a career of over 15 years in the world of employer benefits, Averjill combined both areas of expertise to create a business that puts women and family benefits at the forefront. She helps the employer come to the table better for the women that she works with, and is always there to support the women and the family through the life changing events of having a baby.
