Reflecting Equity

Christiane has long been aware of the lack of diversity and equity within STEM, and through her own firsthand experiences, was inspired to launch her business to help organizations foster inclusion and develop equitable policies and practices within their workplace. Her business works with clients to develop a plan for improving their culture that is tailored to their specific needs. She prides herself in offering an approach which is data-driven, with proven results. She hopes to continue to build on the business' profitability while maintaining balance and taking space for herself, given the emotional nature of her work.
