Marica did everything in life that she was "supposed to do" - went to college, got a good job as an accountant, and still did not feel fulfilled. She decided to start her business which offers a safe and healing space for other Women of Color like herself who didn't feel fulfilled with their prescribed path, to not only validate and affirm each other, but also to encourage and empower each other to continue achieving their dreams and growing their own businesses.
