Formstrong Fitness

Having been involved in sports throughout his life, Joseph has always had a love for health and fitness. After tearing his ACL and meniscus playing college football, he turned to physical therapy, learning ways in which athletes and individuals overall can protect their bodies from potential injury. After working at a well-known NYC gym as a fitness trainer, Joseph decided to launch his own business as a personal fitness trainer. In addition, Joseph is developing a cell phone app which will provide visual cues for real time fitness training. In the future, Joseph plans to continue to grow his business, helping others reach and exceed their personal fitness goals.
