Kathleen King started what would become @TatesBakeShop as a teenager. She baked cookies in her parent's kitchen and sold them at their family farm stand. Every day she'd bake and bag the cookies, and people bought them! Eventually she rented a space in town... and grew from there. Kathleen grew up in a small town in the Hamptons, and was just a regular kid. She baked to make extra money; her family was not wealthy. She worked hard and it paid off. Big time.
