Kara grew tired of giving so much of her time and energy to gyms that paid her so poorly. As a devoted and skilled Pilates instructor and dancer with experience using Pilates to improve her career and health she struck out on her own to build a business around her passion and expertise, offering private and group Pilates and dance instruction.
