Melanie found flower arranging as a means to escape the stress of her hectic career in social activism. Over time she found that it could be rewarding not only as a hobby but as a career, and grew a clientele that was able to sustain her business. Her love of the craft and entrepreneurial spirit have helped her push her business to success and to eventually be able to work full time in her passion.
