Tai, Dooshima, and Nnemoma started their business in 2020 after seeing that people felt like they couldn't be authentic in the workplace as People of Colo. Their business strives to help People of Color, specifically women, feel comfortable being their whole selves in the workplace, through trainings, workshops, and mediations, utilizing a social justice lens. They offer individual and group coaching and are working towards offering retreats.
