Start Small's Small Business Legal Clinic gives you the opportunity to meet one-on-one with a volunteer attorney and learn more about the legal consequences of owning and operating a business in NYC. Clinic attorneys can help you decide whether or not to incorporate, and will answer questions about contracts, lawsuits, commercial leases, intellectual property rights, and taxes.
